What is one beautiful thing that everyone in this world shares, what they look up to every day? The sky. It is a common wonder everyone is familiar with, making the ballroom accommodating to all audiences. The room is a shimmering copper interpretation of this concept, featuring decor inspired by the sun and moon with warm colors and lights representing both. It is meant to be located in a hotel ballroom for formal and elegant events.

Wall decorations and patterns represent different parts of the sky. The large curve pattern is the wind, with the diamond shapes as the rain. The columns are inspired by migrating birds, with the engraved patterns inspired by the ocean and forests. The doors inspired by the unique light created by the Sun and Moon. While it is still largely geometric, I decided to go with more varied shape language including many organic elements made of copper and brass.
